Leider überfordert !!!!

Guten Morgen zusammen,

ich habe einen Server bei " Server4You " und hatte ein Problem,

das damit anfing das ich nicht mehr auf auf Plesk kam.

Und seitdem geht leider keine Seite mehr auf dem Server.



Normalerweise kümmert sich darum mein Mann, aber dieser ist leider Krankheitsbedingt im Moment nicht dazu in der Lage.



Ich schilderte Server4You mein Problem und bekam folgende Antwort dazu:

wie es scheint wurden einige Plesk Pakete gelöscht, selbst das Plesk eigene

Repair Kit kann dies nicht beheben. Ich empfehle eine Datensicherung mit

anschließender Neuinstallation.

Damit bin ich aber leider total überfordert.

Kann mir jemand helfen ?
